Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4885017.

The bins are overflowing. Only 1 bin has been emptied. My grandparents live in the flats 41-46 Aberdaron Road and they cannot use their communal bins because the food bin and the recycling bins are full. The refuse team had only emptied 1 bin on collection day. Leaving the other bins overflowing. There is lots of maggots and flies where the bins have been left I emptied for weeks.
