Fresh Graffiti at end of Guildford Road

Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4884983.

Again we have fresh graffiti on the walls around the Forest Community Centre (which the council is responsible for). As stated numerous times (and to my ward councillor) this is a regular occurrence and needs to be dealt with properly, not just splashing a thin coat of paint over it so that it still shows. Also the graffiti first reported on 25 March 2023 and again on the 5 July 2023 under Wadham Bridge and on the black painted wall has still not been removed.
