Entitled parking on Chapel Wood

The owners of several vehicles believe they are more important than others and park over 2 bays. It's not because their 4x4s don't fit - it's just entitlement. At this moment 3 vehicles are parked like this. Parking is generally different around there and people like this are making it worse.

Please paint some lines on the bays and maybe put up a sign reminding people not to park like d*cks. It would be nice if my council tax actually goes towards improving something.
