There are 2 lots of flytipping in black bags

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4879608.

There are around 10 large black bin bags in 2 locations along this road. One lot has been broken open by animals/birds I assume and is open and sprawled, the other lot is secure in black bags at the moment.
