Tree outside No4 died due to the bad winter weather.

The tree was well watered last summer and produced lots of flowers. I had hoped it would be replaced in the spring but this has not happened. A more resistant tree to cold weather rather than a Hibiscus would be appreciated as the bottom of the Close is a frost pocket.

Thank you for enquiry. Sadly the tree has prematurely died. A job is raised to remove the tree with a replacement added to the planting schedule 2023/24 which is in hand to be planted next planting season starting in November running through to March 2024.
