Tree roots and over hanging brach

The pavement is very raised now, it is a danger on pavement, it has been marked with white X for about a year, the tree branch overhangs into road over cars, previous workers and cut other branch but keep leaving the one that has been reported

The paving slab was adjusted subsequent to when it was marked at the time. The paint will wear away in time. Works have been raised to address the tarmac area over the tree roots where indicated. This report will be referred to the Tree Department in regards to overhanging branches.

I cannot believe it once again the contractor cut a small branch off and left the large branches over the cars in the road its exactly the same as the picture sent in, and this seems is what they do, everytime, just leave the branch on the left you see in picture, it beggers belief!

Due to three recent storms which has resulted in a high volume of tree related emergency callouts which the teams are making progress working their way through. The storm clear up process may impact causing delays for routine works raised for enquiries.

Please accept my apologies for the delays in the completion of the works. The contractor has been issued with a service failure to rectify works uncompleted which we are working closely with to resolve which the contractor will undertake as a priority.
