Large street lights in car park still not working

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4876456.

The large street lights that are round the perimeter of the High Street Car Park are still not working leaving the car park very dark at night making it feel unsafe to return to one's car later in the evening after dark. Also gathering of mainly young people seems to occur causing disturbance and late night antisocial noise and littering
