Caravans being lived in homeless

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4873841.

Caravan in Waterside Road TQ4 6LJ which is now a permanant fixture and has been for two months. Occupant urinating in Road in full view of public walking by. This is unacceptable. The road is becoming a public toilet with public Health issues. The Police and TBC have been made aware but no positive action appears to be taking place
