Hardcore, soil and building waste regularly left in parking area in road and pavement by builders

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4873576.

Over the past few weeks, builders have filled the road taking more than 2 parking spots with hardcore and soil waste. There is no skip, and it is regularly left for multiple days. Complaints have already been made to the homeowners, but the builders cleaned it up and returned the following week to the same practice. This is in the middle of Exeter st, with cars parked close by, no barriers to protect the public and rubble falling into the pavement area.
