Dangerous parking, vehicle not used

This van has been parked in close proximity to 2 junctions and obscures views when trying to exit the junction from where this picture is taken from. This vehicle has not moved for approximately 2-3 months. There is another van from the same household which parks behind this one, so closer to the junction that this picture is taken from making the problem worse at night. There are a total of 5 vans that park in very close proximity, 2 to the left of this junction(1 pictured and attached) 2 Park opposite the junction. And one van which is declared sorn (but parked half on the pavement and half on the road- reported to police) is to the right so exiting cedar court nr18 0hq is extremely dangerous.
