Vehicles Parking either side causing serious congestion

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4873274.

Such a busy small street however high traffic. 2 way traffic impossible and causing serious jams where traffic is unable to pass due to cars being parked either side of the road for long stays. Needs red no parking lines along the road to allow traffic flow or one way system.
