Large rubbish bins blocking pavement every rubbish pick-up day

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4872953.

The new building has large communal bins for the residents which are taken out and left on the pavement every rubbish pick up day. For the past 6 months since the building has been occupied this results in leaving the pavement blocked for other users at these dates
