Waste collection and storage

Alders close is a mixture of freehold houses and flats. The flats have a communal tip area where there rubbish is held and subsequently collected on a Monday. I have noticed recently tat the waste has accumulated and sprawled out all over the surrounding area's. this rubbish should have been collected on Monday and there should be a sectioned off area for the rubbish collection. This rubbish not only attracts vermin and pests but also has an impact on residents trying to attract buyers!!! Sort it out redbridge council! Freezing council taxes does not mean sub standard service!!!

    Drugtaking antisocial behaviour and sexual activity taking place in resident private car park by car loads of non residents nearly every evening for over a year. Managing company has failed to act despite being contacted by various residents many of whom are elderly or disabled. Action needed ASAP. Please read attached letter
