Pathway needs clearing of mud and fence needs fixing as it has collapsed.

  • Reported August 2023. Three months later and issue has gotten worse, mud is now preventing water from dispersing. Lots of people use this route to get to/from Halton Lea/Halton Hospital. Why do HBC take so long to deal with anything. Can't still be blaming covid. Could do with this being dealt with before the Winter sets in.
