  • Thank you for your enquiry. A job is raised and in hand to be completed by the contractor to remove the dead tree. A replacement has been added to the planting schedule 2023/24 and in hand to be planted next planting season starting in November running through to March 2024.

  • The contractor is in hand to visit site to undertake works raised for the enquiry. please note that storm clearance works from Tuesdays high winds may cause delays to this. Thank you for your continued patience whilst we work to resolve this issue.

  • Further to the above, a replacement tree is in hand to be planted for this location, on batch 5 which the trees are due to be delivered later this month with the planting of the whole batch shortly afterwards during the month of February. The contractor will remove the tree prior to replanting. Thank you for your patience.

  • My apologies for the delays in the completion of the works raised for this enquiry. The contractor has been chased up and requested that the works are undertaken as a priority.
