On Oakland close the pavements are covered by overgrown bushes

As pavements are covered by bushes, the only way is to walk on the road. Oakland close is a quiet road and there isn’t much traffic but there is a sharp bent into the Brighton road which makes it dangerous to walk on the road in Oakland close. Specially if there is elderly with walkers or parents with kids and pram.
