Standing water on corner of Titchfield Lane/Winchester Roard

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4869006.

Since before the traffic lights junction was resurfaced there has been a large puddle permanently at the side of the road heading down Titchfield Lane. I reported this to Portsmouth Water who say the samples tested on 15/06/23 indicate it is not freshwater so not a leak. Something needs to be done to allow the water to drain away leaving the road surface clear. Please can you investigate further?
