Loose drain cover (4th/5th year in a row) on Alexandra road by pedestrian crossing that intersects Cambridge Road West.

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4863729.

Reported 26th April, passed to contractors, chased beginning of July, remains unfixed. Extremely loud, can not have windows open - not enjoyable when it was extremely hot - (which only dulls the sound it can still be heard in every room) can not enjoy garden space. Not the only house hold it affects. It is relentless no matter what day due to increase traffic flow suffered with the ongoing works on Lynchford Road and the local roads being used by those coming off the Blackwater Valley route as well as a very busy route for buses.
