Young tree needs maintenance

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4863319.

Young tree planted a few years ago, I have seen support post was put too close to trunk. I think this should be one of two posts, either side,with rubber sling-strap holding each side of trunk. The tree is leaning towards the pavement to let you know.
