  • LBB is aware, thank you. An investigation has been carried out and though the forecourt abutting this property is privately owned, members of the public do have access to it. On this basis, LBB have made contact with the property owners formally requesting that repairs to the area in question are carried out as may be necessary and may enforce this request should those concerned not comply. LBB requests your patience as we progress this legal matter as it is likely to take some time to resolve. As such, this report will be closed on FMS but rest assured, work to resolve this issue will continue in the background.
