Sunken drain

This drain has been reported a number of times but to no avail.It is very dangerous and constantly floods outside my property so to use my own drive I have to wait for no cars to pass which is very difficult considering its a main road!The blockage is right by my water meter and now because of this its put pressure on my water meter and pipe which has now caused a water leak that the IWS is now having to dig up the path to sort leak out I feel if this blocked drain had been sorted when first reported we would not have to be going through all this constant hassle!
