Traffic lights on the roundabout

The traffic lights on this roundabout should be part time, during off peak hours you can sit and wait for 2 minutes while there isn’t another car insight especially at night

This roundabout works well when there is no traffic lights in operation as in the past the traffic lights have broken and traffic flows so much better even durning the day time

I understand durning rush hours the lights would be essential with traffic coming off the Mersey gateway bridge
