Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4851521.

Oak tree branch fall late on 28 July fell across cable, straining and dislodging pole, disconnecting several bt lines to houses. Highways and Openreach attended the emergency, clearing road blockage. This morning engineer came to reconnect us but was unable to do so because of unsafe pole, saying it could take a week or more to address.
