Blocked gullys causing major flooding of carriageway and footpath

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4850459.

The flooding has been here for at least 6 months and road is starting to tear up, the only footpath to safely pass is completely blocked giving no safe access to pass at this location as there is only one path
