Big traffic queues due to lights on the hill for "stored equipment"

Sent to Runnymede Borough Council and Surrey County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4849775.

There doesn't appear to be any work actually happening but storage of a digger and a toilet. This is one of the busiest roads in and out of Weybridge and the queues this is causing are big! There are no signs advising what is happening or how long for. Surely there is a better place to store equipment than on a busy road
