Overgrown grass paving flags on walkway

Grass has grown over flags on pavement hard to walk along with pram ending up on muddy grass The grass needs to be dug up and removed to reveal flags so the walkway flags can be walked on and not the grass Its so hard with a double pram the wheels and pram get muddy and I have to wash pram down before bringing into house Many thanks
