There are two cars parked in front of number 5 Winslow Place. It is very difficult for me to access my drive it has been going on for months. I have to knock on to the occupants of number 5 Winslow Place to ask them to move their cars. I am a carer for my brother and have to get to his house straight away when he has a fall. It is very frustrating not being able to have access to my own drive. will you please look into this matter for me thank you
