Vehicle has been left for almost 1 year without moving and is taking up residential parking space. I have contacted council and housing association but still no response. Can this be dealt with as there is no parking space in the residential area.

Our Abandoned Vehicles Team would only be able to Start the Removal process once requested to by the Housing Association
