Black box protruding

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4839946.

The black box for internet is protruding. I was told my member of SODC (who was checking the work after Switchfibre or other internet supplier have had some work done) that anything with a dot was an issue that needed to be fixed. Now almost 6 month later it’s still protruding.
