Overgrown and fly ripped alley way.

The bushes from either side have completely closed the alleyway off, except for a meter gap at the bottom To crawl through. This is next to a school and is full of drug paraphernalia, glass, fly tipped items and hazardous, prickly overgrown. This has to be reported every year, and I believe it is not in any kind of scheduled to be maintained
