We ask that new and separate occurrences of issues are logged as new reports to avoid conflicting information or updates and ensure the information is passed promptly to our teams and contractors. Please log the issue via https://fix.bromley.gov.uk as a new report using the map marker and description to detail where the issue is located. Please note that if the location you wish to mark is already occupied by a pin, you can hide the map pins via the button in the bottom left or you can click a nearby free section of the map to drop your green reporting pin so that all other yellow pins indicating existing reports disappear, you can then click and drag your green pin to the correct location and continue submitting your report.

Thank you for the enquiry, a job has been raised and is with our contractor, as the works are not a major health and safety risk the priority for the works to be completed are in the months rather than weeks. Our contractor is works through a list of priority works and will get to this job in time. Thank you for your patience on this matter.

My apologies that this enquiry has an unresolved status, due to three recent storm which has resulted in a high number of tree damage related emergency callout enquires, which the teams are making progress in getting through, the teams will return to completing jobs raised for enquiries as soon as the storm clearance process has been completed. Thank you for your continued patience.

Hi, the car that was parked by the tree preventing work from being done has now moved. This case has been outstanding for a long time. If cars parked near are going to cause an issue with the work being done then they will need to put a sign up to say no parking for a short time as there are generally always cars parked here

Thank you for your comments. The contractor will undertake a pre-works site visit, identifying which parking bays need to be cleared and will put notices up warning everyone of the impending works. Thank you for your patience whilst we work to resolve your enquiry.

Hi, there have been cones and no cars near the tree yesterday and today being the 17th - the sign on the tree says it will be cut on the 16th but no one came yesterday. It needs attending today so that no one parks in front of it again
