At least 8 flyposters for same business on barriers

On safety barriers over the clyde tunnel approach bridge on Dumbarton Rd. Same posters also at various other local locations.

Given the worst offenders of this type are generally new businesses, why doesn't the council include instruction/warning with every new trading licence issued? And include same for waste handling. A simple solution to two perennial environmental problems but one that seems to have escaped the entire raft of senior managers for the last 6 years at least. Must try harder.
