Parking on pavement highway code Rule 244

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4833782.

Obstructing use of footpath due to vehicles parking on the pavement. Early evening and weekends are a nightmare! Big white van that parks on the corner of Duncombe Close/Dewsbury road Obstructing vision entering or leaving the close for parking with all four wheels on footpath.

  • The highway code states one thing the council have said another! as there is no parking restrictions in place they will not provide help. But I can report to 101 like the police ain't already over stretched!
