Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4830282.
The same is a big part of me. When working for Lewisham Council. The manager Eleanor didn't care about the drains. I was covering for someone. In November when the leafs are falling off the trees. I'm the one to try and open the drains some I cannot using my hands to remove the muck than the manager told me to only do what you usually do clean around the drains... because I had so many streets. If one day a Flood it could of been my fault because once I pick up all the leafs. I couldn't follow and walk around pick up litters. So I use the same Method of my manager allowed the sweepers to stay on one road to clear the leafs for the whole day. I decided to use that method and fix the roads not to way until summer to do weeding try to get over it and keep the roads safe and tidy. As I'm covering for a older man James do not do nothing much. All most all the drains in Sydenham blocked... I found some company online and require for all the drains roads I'm working on. In January or February. And I see Conway starting to fixed the drains but I'm the one had to give the access to some of the drains that was blocked using my Screwdriver to dig around the drains until I removed most of the dirt from around it.
Conway should have knows all the drains they have fixed. The person of not look after the drains like I could of. No need for no one to tell me just knows got to be pepper for causing a flood. All my work of gone to waste
The screwdriver is a tool I found to use for the pavements and along the Curve in the road. To remove the wild grass and trees
Please why do no one's care about the drains all around making it full up with dirts and plants forming
