It was agreed months ago the pipe under Reading Road needed cleaning and HCC owned land would be maintained but you have still not done this, Sainsbury’s is open now so you can’t use this as the excuse anymore

Owen from Hook said he would get this sorted, there is absolutely no point in having a meeting and then not doing the work agreed. It’s no surprise the council are struggling with there budget if this is how you work The pipe needs cleaning as does the ditch
