The resident of 23 River Way appears to be making no attempt to cut back their hedge which, because of cars parked half on the pavement is causing problems for pedestrians particularly disabled people & parents with prams. The whole front garden of the same property is an absolute disgrace. This has obviously been an issue for many years.
