Brand New Traffic Lights

Traffic lights have only been installed on the busy main road and there's no traffic lights coming off the CLOSED M8 WESTBOUND SLIP RAMP as the traffic lights are brand new and drivers are treating the Red traffic light Right Turn light like a green filter arrow Red Means stop green does not very confusing something needs done before there's an accident.
