Abandoned moped
Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4828734.
Abandoned moped has been found dumped under the Kew railway station bridge. It has been pushed down the steps on the South side of the river and has clearly been submerged at least once with the tide. This has been reported to the police but weren't able to recover since unable to determine whether Lost or Stolen. This will need several people to recover due to where it is situated. Will also need to be recovered at low tide.
