Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4826167.

Abandoned mini bus - previously notice applied to windscreen by council advising would be removed in 14 days. This was several months ago.

Vehicle appears to have flat tyres and looks to be leaking onto highway.
