Heavy litter on pavement opposite AMK self hire (again)

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4824343.

Why? Because returning hirers empty out their hire vehicles of trash before handing back the keys. If these vehicles were in a private compound & not pavement parked everywhere in the area: a) there would be no such recurring litter/public cost b) the council would get additional business rates to pay for things like street cleaning & roads.
