  • This vehicle has been parked on the grass verge for nearly 3 weeks now. The authorities don't seem to be interested in ticketing or moving it on. The council have even mowed the verge around it. As this seems to be ok, everyone else can park on the verges as well then even though signs exist (1 vehicle silhouette and 1 bicycle encircled in red). There is also an ordinary caravan the other end of the crescent which has been on the road for years. Don't understand how these people have got away with this! Hampshire highways have also been informed who also have done nothing.

  • The vehicle has now gone but was parked on the verge for over a month, no authority did anything about it even though park was illegal. The grass cutters had to go around it so they were well aware of this vehicle. Another resident in the road parked a car with part of of tyre just on the kerb yet a ticket was issued. With this in mind, the ticket which was issued should be refunded. Unfair to fine one person and not anyone else.
