As you might see this prat has parked yet again blocking a dropped kerb. Even tho it says in the highway code you can't block it as its for the disabled people to use if they have mobility scooters but he don't care one bit. 87 elphinstone road tranent Eh332ga

  • Silly old bastard still parking over the drive that should be clear by law. Plenty of space in front and behind him. Yet the clowncil and useless pigs do fuck all. Won't be long till someone damages the car lol
