Trees from High Broom Woods are overhanging my back garden and causing damage to my back fences

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4822505.
This problem occurred before probably some 4-5 years ago and contractors were sent by Bromley Council who cut back the overgrown trees and bushes by 2metres from my property

Resident has called in as the weight of the over grown tree is starting to impact the panels, would this be able to be chased as the crew would need to enter the residents property to cut the trees back.

Since this was first reported on 25 July 2023 nothing has been done and the situation is getting worse causing pressure on my back fences which I am concerned will break so I would like this matter dealt with as a matter of urgency please. Thank you
