Blocked drain at top of Lostock Hall road on left side as you turn into the road. It is flooding the top of the road, two gardens and both footpaths every time it rains fince 24 june 2023 when the burst pipe at top of main chester road entrance to lostock was replaced by UU. UU inspected yesterday and confirmed no chlorine in it and that it is definitely a blocked drain so to they advised to contact you and said there is a problem that is the council responsibility to repair please.
