Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4818740.

Stagnant water from the lack of drainage due to the overgrowing of foliage actually in the drain.

This is now causing the stagnant water to stink and is affecting the bridge, making it a dangerous slip hazard!
