Please can you fix the dead-end signage

Please can you fix the inadequate dead-end signage; we constantly have vehicles (HGV and others) trying to get access because the existing sign is not clear, it is old and dull and has lost its original reflective qualities. It would also help to have a sign on both sides of the road and a road marking painted in the centre to help with any ambiguity. Thank you
