Illegally parked cars cause traffic jams on Lancaster road trying to get into acacia road.

Since renting the industrial space on Acacia road the Two Brothers motorcycle garage have used the drop down curb and double yellow lines as their own personal parking space for their large van and dozens of bikes. The small outdoor eatery they have built without planning permission has also encouraged patrons to park on the double yellow lines while having their coffee. This has had the effect of creating traffic congestion as cars frequently turn into acacia road in order to access the petrol station. With their bikes and vans parked on both sides (one side legally the other illegally), no emergency vehicle can turn into acacia road and if someone is driving down acacia road at the same time (as frequently happens), there is no way to pass each other and Lancaster road quickly becomes impassable.
