Too early noise

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4815419.

Why are the bin men emptying glass bottles at 6.40am on a SUNDAY MORNING,and tipping into a bin,making lots of noise ,then the recycling lorry at 7am.it is against the law to make this noise so early ,waking everyone up on a Sunday.its out of order.Bins are supposed to be emptied on Fridays but never are anymore,but are left out in the road for 2 days before they get emptied.
