A locked gate is preventing access along Right of Way GW20 which runs alongside existing Coppicemoor Farm Buildings (Pytchley Road, Kettering). Under section 237 of the Highways Act 1980 this is an illegal obstruction. There is currently a planning application NK/2023/0337 to convert the premises to a residential site which is being determined by the Kettering planning section/department of North Northamptonshire Council.
