Manhole cover needs re-seating

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4814226.

Manhole cover at junctioin of Park Road and Adelaide Road no longer fits correctly and makes a loud noise whenever a vehicle drives over it.

Updates

Council (London Borough of Richmond upon Thames) responded swiftly and helpfully, but explained that manhole cover belongs to Thames Water, and said LBRuT would advise them of the problem and advised me to do the same, which I did. So now it rests with Thames Water.
